RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. We know that buying online can be tricky, so, we offer a no-nonsense returns policy, and will gladly offer you a refund or replacement on all our goods. In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we will reimburse the full cost of return. However, postage costs for refunds of non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer, so please ensure you read our descriptions or contact us with any questions before your order.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT – THIS INCLUDES THE COUNTRY YOU WANT IT DELIVERED TO. IF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS WRONG WE ARE NOT RESONSIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT.

Please read all descriptions and measurements of each item. Returns will not be offered on custom items if you order the wrong size. Until you’re sure, don’t use the items, as all items must be returned in as-new condition. Please return the goods with your full details – order number if you have it, and/or, name the order was made in, address, email address and contact telephone number.

We cannot take responsibility for goods that go missing in the post, so please send all returns with tracking.

About oversize items, including large custom ordered rugs. Custom printed wall murals, etc. I can't offer returns on very large custom order rugs, or murals, simply because shipping is too high. Also, bear in mind That I have to pay all costs, including shipping to have your rug manufactured for you and it's not sustainable to my small one person business so please be absolutely sure prior to ordering. Please also note.*I have changed my policy so the buyer pays shipping on returns to cut down on frivolous returns and abuse which is unfortunately, not uncommon. Rest assured if anything is damaged, or misprinted I can send a free replacement, or refund. But I would need photos of the damage. Measurements and photos of the entire product it it's the wrong size or flawed. I am the owner/designer of RetroMaggie and have my items custom made for you. My manufacturer gets a shipping deal, but we as consumers do not and return shipping for large rugs would be in the hundreds and simply not affordable for any of us. I am a one person small business and strive to offer unique, custom products. I have a happiness guarantee, you will always get your $$ back if not happy. Feel free to reach out with questions prior to your purchase.

FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS:

Please clearly mark on your parcel (in the customs form) “NO COMMERCIAL VALUE; RETURNED GOODS” – this is to avoid delays and charges at Customs.

Please return any items promptly, using a prepaid, insured, trackable method. Please retain your shipping documentation.

EXCHANGES:

No exchanges on custom items.

REFUNDS:

We will refund your money back to your credit card or PayPal account, whichever you used to purchase the goods. We will strive to refund you by the next working day after receipt of the returned goods. This can sometimes take longer due to weekends, holidays, etc.

DELIVERY:

Products are shipped as soon as they are printed
